How do I look after my necklace or bracelet?
To keep your jewelry shining for a long time, we recommend taking it off before sleeping, exercising, showering and in contact with perfume or chemicals. Ideally, store the jewelry in a soft pouch and clean it carefully with a soft cloth if necessary.
How do I measure my size for bracelets?
You can easily measure your wrist yourself: Take a tape measure and place it just below the wrist bone - this is where the accessory will sit later.
Make sure that the measuring tape fits snugly but does not cut into your wrist to determine the actual circumference. If you don't have a tape measure to hand, you can also use a piece of string and then use a ruler to measure the length.
Our tip: We recommend choosing a bracelet size that is about 1 cm larger than your measured wrist to ensure a comfortable fit.
How do I determine the right length for my necklace?
To find the right length for your necklace, take a tape measure and place it loosely around your neck. Decide where you want the necklace to sit later - close to the neck, at collarbone height or further down. Make sure that the measuring tape fits comfortably and does not cut in.
If you don't have a tape measure to hand, you can use a string as an alternative. Place the string around your neck and mark the desired length, then measure the length of the string with a ruler.
Our tip: For a comfortable fit, you can add 1-2 cm to your desired length.
